All of our fees are chargeable in line with the tenancy type we issue which is an Assured Tenancy Agreement.
Our Tenancy Agreement and chargeable fees have been reviewed and verified by our company lawyer who specialises in Landlord and Tenant Law as well as the Governing body who initiated the Tenants Fee Act.
